Staffing and accommodation implications. 11.5.1 The whole of the Housing Management and Property Division within Regeneration and Housing will become the ALMO staff. Permanent and fixed term contract staff will transfer under TUPE as described in Section 9.12 to 9.15. There are 454 permanent and fixed term contract staff. The total establishment in this Division is 505 posts. The balance is made up of vacant posts or temporary staffing cover. Lambeth Living will take on the contractual responsibility for these agency staff on go-live.

Staffing and accommodation implications. The Joint procurement and use of a framework contract will reduce the requirement for direct procurement of some Parking services and hence the demand on Lambeth’s procurement resources and staff. Information of the Asset Transferor The Asset Transferor is a state-owned enterprise incorporated in the PRC on 11 April 2016 and located in Guangdong Province, the PRC, which is mainly engaged in the businesses of finance lease, etc. LISTING RULES IMPLICATIONS According to Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, as the highest applicable percentage ratio of the transaction under the Asset Transfer Agreement is higher than 5% but lower than 25%, the transaction constitutes a discloseable transaction of the Company and is subject to the announcement requirement but is exempt from the shareholders’ approval requirement under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
