Contract Staff definition

Contract Staff means the Subcontractors and/or Subject Matter Experts that the Contractor retains in connection with this Agreement to xxxxxxx Exams, rate oral Exams on the Rater Panel, and/or provide skilled input regarding Exam content, development, and maintenance.
Contract Staff means the person introduced by Enerpro to the Client for an engagement including any officer, employee or other representative of the Candidate if the Candidate is a corporate body, and members of Enerpro’s own staff.
Contract Staff means a staff who is hired for a specific job and for a specific time frame. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this includes staff hired with short-term project funding or persons filling in short-term vacancies within the bargaining unit such as pregnancy/parental leave, personal leave, or extended sick leave. Contract staff completing more than ten (10) months of work and who work 17.5 hours per week and over shall be in the bargaining unit.

Contract Staff means the Subcontractors and/or Subject Matter Experts that the Contractor retains in connection with this Agreement to proctor Exams, rate oral Exams on the Rater Panel, and/or provide skilled input regarding Exam content, development, and maintenance. The “Contractor” means the individual, association, partnership, firm, company, consultant, corporation, affiliates, or combination thereof, including joint ventures, contracting with the State to do the Contract Work. The Contractor is one of the parties to this Agreement.
