Staging, Storage, and Access. During the installation of the WAN Facilities, the Lessee agrees to provide WANRACK with (i) suitable staging and storage areas at Lessee facilities for relevant equipment, materials, and components and (ii) such access to Lessee facilities as may be necessary to efficiently carry-out the installation, as reasonably determined by WANRACK, provided that such access must be scheduled with the Lessee in advance and, unless otherwise agreed by the Lessee, must occur between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays. Lessee personnel may accompany WANRACK personnel during any installation work at any Lessee facility.

  • Demarcation Point 98.1 CenturyLink will designate the point of demarcation between CenturyLink’s equipment and CLEC’s collocated equipment, which point of demarcation shall be in or adjacent to its Collocation Space unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. At CLEC's request, CenturyLink will identify the location(s) of other possible demarcation points available to CLEC, and CLEC will designate from these location(s) the point(s) of demarcation between its collocated equipment and CenturyLink's equipment. CenturyLink will use its best efforts to identify the closest demarcation point to CLEC's equipment that is available.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Records Retention and Access 1. Grantee will keep and maintain, as applicable, accurate and complete records necessary to determine compliance with this Contract and applicable laws.
