Stakeholder and Small Group Meetings. Consultant shall schedule, facilitate and document up to four (4) meetings with stakeholders and other interested parties to inform the alternatives development for the multimodal improvements along Bear Creek Rd, 27th St and the trail connection. Meetings may be held online, by phone or in- person based on convenience for the stakeholder. As appropriate, meetings may include multiple stakeholders. The purpose of these meetings is to understand design needs, concerns, and opportunities to keep the stakeholder(s) informed throughout the process. Staff from the City and one (1) local consultant team member will participate in the meetings. One (1) exhibit for each corridor shall be prepared for use in meetings.

  • Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor or Order Fulfillers for attendance at the meeting.

  • Professional Meetings Employees should be encouraged to and may, with the approval of the supervisor, attend professional meetings, conferences, and activities. Subject to the availability of funds, the employee's expenses in connection with such meetings, conferences, or activities shall be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable provisions of State law and university rules.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party.
