Starters. A starter (ESF participant) is defined as an individual started on the Contract with the following information entered into CATS:

Starters. “Starters” consist of copies of previously issued title products, which may include policies, commitments, preliminary reports, guarantees and binders as such products may be further specified in applicable schedules attached to this Agreement.
Starters. 1. Provide magnetic starters for all three phase motors and equipment complete with:
a. Control transformers.
b. 120V holding coils.
c. Integral hand-off auto switch.
d. Auxiliary contacts required for system operation plus one (1) spare.
Starters. Electronic soft start (ESS) unit for compressor prime mover shall be programmable and include TVSS hardware. Starters for cooler fan and pre-lube pump shall be FVNR type. All starters shall be located in a common MCC lineup protected by a NEMA 3R, unless approved otherwise.
Starters. For each County set forth on a County Schedule, "Starters" consist of copies of previously issued policies of title insurance, preliminary reports, guarantees and binders. Customer acknowledges: (1) that the availability of particular Starters under this Agreement shall be determined by Security Union and will not include any Starters of any other company which Security Union may have in its possession by reason of an Agreement with that company if the Agreement with that company contains a provision restricting the use of their Starters to Security Union; (2) that access to Starters issued by Ticor Title Insurance Company of California or its predecessors (the "Ticor Starters") is subject to separate pricing as set forth on the applicable County Schedule; and (3) that Customer shall furnish Security Union a full and complete copy of each Starter issued by Customer on parcels of real property in a County as a condition of having access to Starters from Security Union in such County. Copies of Customer furnished Starters shall be delivered, without warranty as to correctness, to the manager of the Security Union facility which services such County on or before the fifth (5th) work day following the month in which the Starter was issued. Such copies shall become the property of Security Union, free of any restrictions, and Security Union shall have the right to use, reproduce, distribute and sell such copies without accounting to Customer. Customer agrees that neither Security Union nor any person providing copies of Starters to Security Union shall have any responsibility to Customer, or any person claiming through Customer, for any error or omission in any Starter.
Starters. Franchisee will provide personnel to act as “Starters,” whose responsibility will be to regulate the safe and timely movement of passengers into licensed taxicabs at the staging areas. Each staging area will be staffed by two Starters who will queue the passengers at the Staging Area Signs on a first come-first serve basis and direct them into the first available licensed taxicab. These Starter services will be provided on Friday and Saturday nights and on major holidays, such as; Labor Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Halloween and New Year’s Eve; and St. Xxxxxxx’s Day (the evening after the parade) from 11:00 p.m. until 2:30
a. m. (3.5 hours). Each Franchisee will provide one starter, for a total of four starters working cooperatively to perform this service during these times. The Police Chief may require additional starters as may be dictated by the circumstances and Franchisee shall comply with such request. The Franchisee will make every effort to work collaboratively with the other Taxicab Franchisees to ensure that each Franchisee is providing the same number of personnel to act as Starters. The taxicab staging areas shall be located at the main taxi stand on Hermosa Avenue, just South of Pier and the secondary taxi stand on Hermosa Avenue, just North of Pier, or as otherwise determined by the Police Chief. A taxi holding area, prior to entering the staging area, shall be established on 13th Street between Beach Drive and the entrance to Lot C. A starter shall be positioned at the holding area facility to expedite taxi movement. Failure by the Franchisee to provide the required Starters on the above designated days during the specified hours will result in a collective fine of $1,000 being levied on all four (4) companies.
Starters. Starters often generate disturbances. All components related to this group shall therefore be provided with suitable disturbance protections and filters. Contactors for forward and reverse shall mutually interlock one another by means of auxiliary contacts. Contactors for high and low speeds shall mutually interlock one another by means of auxiliary contacts. Smooth starting equipment, frequency converters or star/delta starters are recommended if direct in-line starting is not suitable. Smooth starters shall always be bypassed by employing bypass contactors. If approval has been obtained from the Purchaser for the installation of star/delta starters, the contactors for the star and delta positions shall mutually interlock one another by means of auxiliary contacts with special time delays in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Frequency converters shall be equipped with suitable filters, etc. Frequency converters shall always be installed in accordance with the recommendations of the relevant manufacturer for conformance to the relevant EMC Directive.
Starters. Starters" consist of electronic copies of previously issued title products, which may include policies, commitments, preliminary reports, guarantees and binders as well as some electronic data elements of the information contained in such electronic copies.
Starters. To the extent set forth on the applicable County Schedule(s), Security Union shall make available to Customer those Starters which are physically located at Security Union's facility or within Security Union's Image System for the affected County, subject to the provisions of paragraph A.3.(g).
