Statement of Principle. The Employer and the Union recognize the right of all employees to work in, and students to study in, an environment free from harassment. The parties agree that harassment is a violation of a person’s rights, dignity and personal well- being. Where a complaint of harassment is substantiated, appropriate disciplinary measures, up to and including dismissal, are supported and endorsed by the parties.
