Common use of Step 3 Clause in Contracts

Step 3. The President of the Union, or their designate, may present a grievance at Step 3: (a) within 14 days after the reply has been conveyed to them by the representative designated by the Employer to handle grievances at Step 2; or (b) within 14 days after the Employer's reply was due.

Step 3. The President of the Union, or their designate, may present a grievance at Step 3: (a) : within 14 days after the reply has been conveyed to them by the representative designated by the Employer to handle grievances at Step 2; or (b) or within 14 days after the Employer's reply was due.

Step 3. The President of the Union, or their his/her designate, may present a grievance at Step 3: (a) within 14 ten (10) working days after the reply decision has been conveyed to them him/her by the representative designated by the Employer to handle grievances at Step 2; or; (b) within 14 ten (10) working days after the Employer's reply was due.

Step 3. The President of the Union, or their his/her designate, may present a grievance at Step 3: (a) within 14 fourteen (14) days after the reply decision has been conveyed to them him/her by the representative designated by the Employer to handle grievances at Step 2; or; (b) within 14 fourteen (14) days after the Employer's reply was due.

Step 3. The President of the Union, or their her designate, may present a grievance at Step 3: (a) within 14 fourteen (14) days after the reply decision has been conveyed to them her by the representative designated by the Employer to handle grievances at Step 2; orand (b) within 14 fourteen (14) days after the Employer's reply was due.

Step 3. The President of the Union, or their his designate, may present a grievance at Step 3: (a) within 14 fourteen (14) calendar days after the reply decision has been conveyed to them her by the representative designated by the Employer to handle grievances at Step 2; or; (b) within 14 fourteen (14) calendar days after the Employer's reply was due.

Step 3. The President of the Union, or their his designate, may present a grievance at Step 3: (a) within 14 fourteen (14) calendar days after the reply decision has been conveyed to them her by the representative designated by the Employer to handle grievances at Step 2; or; (b) within 14 fourteen (14) calendar days after the Employer's ’s reply was due.

Step 3. The President of the Union, or their his/her designate, may present a grievance at Step step 3: (a) within 14 10 work days after the reply decision has been conveyed to them him/her by the representative designated by the Employer Agency to handle grievances at Step step 2; or (b) within 14 10 work days after the Employer's AgencyÕs reply was due, whichever occurred first.

Step 3. The President of the Union, or their designate, may present a grievance at Step 3: (a) within 14 30 days after the reply decision has been conveyed to them by the representative designated by the Employer to handle grievances at Step 2; or; (b) within 14 30 days after the Employer's reply was due.
