Step II – Chief of Police. If the grievance cannot be resolved informally, the grievant shall reduce the allegation and remedy sought to writing on the District Grievance Form. Such forms are available in the Human Resources Office or from the Association. The grievant must file, within twelve (12) days of the supervisor's oral decision, a completed copy of the grievance form. Within twelve (12) days after such written grievance is filed, the grievant and the Chief of Police shall meet to attempt to resolve the grievance. The Chief of Police shall provide a written decision to the grievant within twelve (12) days of the filing of the Step II meeting.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee In recognition of the mutual benefits of open communications and on-going consultation between the faculty and the employer, the Labour/Management Relations Committee will meet on a regular basis and have equal representation for the Union and the Employer. The LMRC will serve as an open forum for the free and candid discussion of matters of mutual concern to faculty members and management.

  • Labour Relations Committee (a) The parties agree that the purpose of the Labour Relations Committee is to discuss, and, if possible, resolve, any matters of interest to the parties.   • Occupational Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union agree to cooperate in the promotion of safe working conditions, the prevention of accidents, the prevention of workplace injuries and the promotion of safe workplace practices.
