STORAGE AS A SERVICE. Maintel shall charge the Partner for storage of any goods (purchased from Maintel, or supplied by the Partner or Customer) as detailed in an Order. The goods shall be stored at a Maintel Site but title to the goods shall remain with the Partner or Customer (as appropriate). It is the Partner’s obligation to ensure adequate insurance is in place for the goods, and the Partner shall be liable for all collection or delivery costs. Where the Partner has not collected any goods at the end of an agreed period as detailed in an Order, Maintel reserves the right to charge (and the Partner shall pay) for additional storage at the prevailing rate. Where the Partner, on reasonable written notice, does not collect the goods at the end of any agreed period, the Partner shall pay all Maintel’s costs for the disposal of the goods.

The goods shall be stored at a Maintel Site but title to the goods shall remain with the Customer. It is the Customer’s obligation to ensure adequate insurance is in place for the goods, and the Customer shall be liable for all collection or delivery costs. Where the Customer has not collected any goods at the end of an agreed period as detailed in an Order, Maintel reserves the right to charge (and the Customer shall pay) for additional storage at the prevailing rate. Where the Customer, on reasonable written notice, does not collect the goods at the end of any agreed period, the Customer shall pay all Maintel’s costs for the disposal of the goods.

  • Continuous Operations Any employee or group of employees engaged in an operation for which there is regularly scheduled employment on a twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) day a week basis shall be known as continuous operations employees.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
