Stored Water. If the Shareholder determines to commit to stored water the provisions of the Schedule relating to stored water shall apply. The Shareholder agrees to take Stored Water at the prices as notified to all shareholders by the Company and otherwise on the terms and conditions set out in the Terms.

Stored Water. If the Shareholder determines to commit to stored water a separate agreement will be entered into relating to the terms, conditions, price and delivery of the stored water.
Stored Water. When necessary in order to meet these flow requirements, Licensee shall release water from storage at Grant Lake Reservoir if storage exceeds 11,500 acre-feet. Licensee shall reduce otherwise allowable export to maintain at least 11,500 acre-feet of storage. If Grant Lake Reservoir is at or below 11,500 acre-feet of storage, Licensee shall release inflow or the flow requirement, whichever is less.
Stored Water. The Company and the Shareholder may enter into a commitment for the Shareholder to have the right, for a specified period, to take Stored Water and for the Company to release Stored Water subject to Water being available for that purpose under a Storage Agreement.
Stored Water. 12.1 The Company may agree to supply and the Farmer may agree to take and use Stored Water on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and a Stored Water Agreement, and as otherwise determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Temperature Where low temperature and/or self-service cases are used for any of such merchandise coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, such cases shall be served only by employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors, elevator shafts, or ventilating ducts or shafts of the Building. All trash shall be placed in receptacles provided by Tenant on the Premises or in any receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building.
