Street Vacation. If any street or portion thereof used by Grantee is vacated by the City during the term of this Franchise, unless the City Council specifically reserves to Grantee the right to continue its installation in the vacated street, Grantee shall, without delay or expense to the City, remove its Facilities from such street and the expense thereof shall be paid by Grantee.
Street Vacation. If any Street or portion thereof used by Grantee is vacated by Grantor during the term of this Agreement, unless Grantor specifically reserves to Grantee the right to continue its installation in the vacated Street, Grantee shall, without delay or expense to Grantor, remove its facilities from such Street, and restore, repair or reconstruct the Street where such removal has occurred, and place the Street in such condition as may be required by Grantor. In the event of failure, neglect or refusal of Grantee, after thirty (30) days' notice by Grantor, to restore, repair or reconstruct such Street, Grantor may do such work or cause it to be done, and the reasonable cost thereof shall be paid by Grantee within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice and documentation, and failure to make such payment shall be considered a material violation of this Agreement.

In the event of failure, neglect or refusal of Grantee, after thirty (30) days' notice by Grantor, to restore, repair or reconstruct such Street, Grantor may do such work or cause it to be done, and the reasonable cost thereof, as found and declared by Grantor, shall be paid by Grantee within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice and documentation, and failure to make such payment shall be considered a material violation of this Permit.
Street Vacation. If requested by Redeveloper and if --------------- consistent with the approved plan of development, Agency will apply for vacation of internal streets within the Property, provided that such vacation does not result in the creation of land locked parcels.

Street Vacation. If the obligations of Developer set forth in Section 2.1 are met, then the City shall vacate, upon proper notice and hearing, a portion of Courtesy Road as shown in Exhibit “C” and described in Exhibit “D”. A general utility easement shall be retained for a portion of the vacated Courtesy Road as shown in Exhibit “C”.
Street Vacation. On September 26, 1995, following duly noticed public hearings and Planning Board review and recommendation, the City Council approved Resolution No. 24,608 ordering the conditional vacation of Franklin Avenue and a portion of the alley between Toluca Lake Avenue and Hood Avenue.
Street Vacation. Lessee and City agree to reasonably cooperate in the vacation of Cum Laude and 92nd Street, provided that all costs thereof shall be borne by Lessee.
Street Vacation. If Township vacates or consents to the vacation of a ROW within its jurisdiction, and such vacation necessitates the removal and relocation of Company's Facilities in the vacated ROW, Company shall, as a condition of this Agreement, consent to the vacation and removal of its Small Wireless Facilities at its sole cost and expense when ordered to do so by Township or a court of competent jurisdiction. Company shall relocate its Small Wireless Facilities to such alternate location as Township and Company mutually agree, applying reasonable engineering standards.
