STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS. There shall be no strike or lock-out during the term of this Agreement or of any renewal of this Agreement. Lock-out and strike shall have the same meaning as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended and Education Act R.S.O. 1990 as amended.
