STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS. 5.01 a) Strikes - It is hereby agreed that it is the intention of the parties hereto to prohibit strikes in any form, for any reason, during the term hereof. Therefore, the Union, on behalf of itself and the employees it represents, expressly waives the right to engage in any type of strike, including but not limited to, sympathy strikes, or unfair labour practice strikes.
