STRUCTURE AND AIMS OF THE DOCUMENT. The CARESS Evaluation and Monitoring Plan is a document that describes how we will monitor and evaluate the CARESS pilot courses carried out within the CARESS project, and the criteria and indicators that should be used to evaluate the CARESS EU framework and guidelines. Afterwards, those criteria and indicators will be use to evaluate the responsiveness of the training provided within the CARESS project to the needs of the job market and draw down a comprehensive final evaluation. As we can see in figure 1, whereas the ultimate purpose of Task 6.1 is to gather feedback from pilots’ designers to validate and prove the use of the CARESS EU framework and the guidelines delivered in T.3.1 and 3.2, task 6.2 is focused on the evaluation plan and monitoring of the pilots and its functioning. Besides, we provide a description of the procedure that will follow, as well as a set of indicators to assess the EU framework and the guidelines for the design of the pilots. Finally, a description of the instruments and guidelines that will be used to assess the design and the enactment of the pilots is provided, with the aim of assessing the responsiveness of the training developed to the job market needs according to home- health care professional’s perspective. According to the aforementioned ideas, a comprehensive final evaluation of the pilots, linked with the responsiveness to job market needs, (i.e., task 6.3), will also be evaluated following specific, measurable indicators defined in this document.

STRUCTURE AND AIMS OF THE DOCUMENT. The WP members will describe and compare the existing curricula, VET and career pathways concerning HHCPs in the three involved countries. The general definitions and philosophy of EQF and ECVET will be shared within the partnership in order to xxxxxx collaboration on this task. ECVET will be described by terms of formal, informal and non-formal training. The learning outcomes of existing curricula will be described according to ECVET (in terms of knowledge, skills and competencies).
