Structure of the Contract. Spiral Prime UL is structured in two parts: - A regular protection and investment plan (hereafter referred to as the “Regular Plan”), - An additional investment plan (hereafter referred to as the “Boosters Plan”). 1.2.1 The Regular Plan Cover A - Minimum lump sum benefit:This benefit provides in case of death of the Life Assured prior to the maturity date of the Contract, the payment of a minimum lump sum amount. The first annual payment, increased on a compound basis by the annual benefits variation rate, if any, is payable at the end of the month in which the death of the Life Assured occurs. Cover C - Schooling benefit(s): This benefit provides in case of death of the Life Assured prior to the maturity date of the Contract, the annual payment of a schooling annuity for each selected child from the date of death of the Life Assured and up to the maximum child’s age as selected by the Contract Cover D - University benefit(s): This benefit provides in case of death of the Life Assured prior to the maturity date of the Contract, the annual payment of a university annuity for each selected child during the remaining university period as mentioned by the Contract Owner at the effective date of the Contract or any subsequent endorsement. The university annuity amounts are increased on a compound basis by the annual benefits variation rate, if any.
