Structure of this document. The remainder of this document comprises a number of core parts, which are:  Chapter 2 provides some background information about the Project, together with considerations applicable to the Ethical and Data Protection Framework under discussion.  Chapters 3, 4 5 & 6 discuss respectively: the approach to participant evaluation and support, data protection legislation, background to ethics approach, and combining experience and evidence based practices.  Chapter 7 sets out the CareWell Ethics and Data Protection Framework.  Chapter 8 summarises the main Directives and legislation applicable to data protection.  Chapter 9 sets out the approach to activities relating to managing the project’s adherence to ethical and data protection requirements. Additionally, the following appendices provide more detailed background information:  Appendix A. Various value frameworks – both binding and non-binding ones - that have informed the development of more operational guidance.  Appendix B. Compilation of currently available information on how to achieve age-friendly and accessible technology design.  Appendix C. Consent forms used by the Consortium to be signed by participants enrolled in the Project.  Appendix D. Bibliography and references that are mentioned throughout the Framework.

The remaining parts of the document address further aspects of the Exe- cutionware in Chapter 4 such as the operation of testbeds and the provisioning of an access point for users such as the social network [5]. Its features can be separated into registries, deployment functionality, automatic adaptation, and the specification of monitoring requirements. This chapter gives a more extended description on three of the CLOUDIATOR tools that have already been introduced in Section 1.2.1: COLOSSEUM as the entry point to the system; SWORD providing the resource allocation functionality; and XXXXX for the life- cycle handling of component instances. The overall CLOUDIATOR component layout is also summarised in Figure 2.1. The section explains the needs assessment that was carried out among 21 European game studios. In structured interviews with key personnel of the studios we collected information about the ways that game studios view and deal with emerging technologies.

Contractor shall cooperate with Department to submit to the Director of CMD any amendment, modification, supplement or change order that would result in a cumulative increase of the original amount of this Agreement by more than 20% (CMD Contract Modification Form).

  • Amendment of this Agreement No provision of this Agreement may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought, and no amendment of this Agreement shall be effective until approved in a manner consistent with the 1940 Act and rules and regulations thereunder and any applicable SEC exemptive order therefrom.
