Student List Sample Clauses

Student List. Each bus driver will be given a set of emergency cards for students riding the bus by the Superintendent or designee. These cards will contain information needed for emergencies. These cards will have the student’s name, parent name(s), student’s address, student’s phone number, and any known allergies so that drivers will have sufficient information should an emergency arise.
Student List. University shall provide the Agency with a list of Students participating in the learning experience at least ten (10) days before each program is to start. There is no minimum number of Students required to be placed at the Agency.
Student List. Section 5.12.1 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule (to be updated as of the Closing Date) sets forth a list of the current students of the College and the currently admitted students who have either accepted admission to the College for the next academic session or have been accepted to the College but have not yet accepted such offer of admission. Seller has not received any notices from any students listed on Section 5.12.1 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, terminating or materially and adversely modifying, or intending to terminate or materially and adversely modify, its relationship with Seller.

  • Sub-Advisor Compliance Policies and Procedures The Sub-Advisor shall promptly provide the Trust CCO with copies of: (i) the Sub-Advisor’s policies and procedures for compliance by the Sub-Advisor with the Federal Securities Laws (together, the “Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures”), and (ii) any material changes to the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures. The Sub-Advisor shall cooperate fully with the Trust CCO so as to facilitate the Trust CCO’s performance of the Trust CCO’s responsibilities under Rule 38a-1 to review, evaluate and report to the Trust’s Board of Trustees on the operation of the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures, and shall promptly report to the Trust CCO any Material Compliance Matter arising under the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures involving the Sub-Advisor Assets. The Sub-Advisor shall provide to the Trust CCO: (i) quarterly reports confirming the Sub-Advisor’s compliance with the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures in managing the Sub-Advisor Assets, and (ii) certifications that there were no Material Compliance Matters involving the Sub-Advisor that arose under the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures that affected the Sub-Advisor Assets. At least annually, the Sub-Advisor shall provide a certification to the Trust CCO to the effect that the Sub-Advisor has in place and has implemented policies and procedures that are reasonably designed to ensure compliance by the Sub-Advisor with the Federal Securities Laws.

  • HIV/AIDS Model Workplace Guidelines Grantee will: a. implement the System Agency’s policies based on the Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS), AIDS Model Workplace Guidelines for Businesses at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/hivstd/policy/policies.shtm, State Agencies and State Grantees Policy No. 090.021. b. educate employees and clients concerning HIV and its related conditions, including AIDS, in accordance with the Texas. Health & Safety Code §§ 85.112-114.

  • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence. The policies and procedures shall be part of the employee's health and safety policy and written copies shall be provided to each employee. Prior to implementing any changes to these policies, the employer agrees to consult with the Association.

  • Public Records Taxpayer acknowledges that GO-Biz is subject to the California Public Records Act (PRA) (Gov. Code, § 6250 et seq.). This Agreement and materials submitted by Taxpayer to GO-Biz may be subject to a PRA request. In such an event, GO-Biz will notify Taxpayer, as soon as practicable that a PRA request for Taxpayer’s information has been received, but not less than five (5) business days prior to the release of the requested information to allow Taxpayer to seek an injunction. GO-Biz will work in good faith with Taxpayer to protect the information to the extent an exemption is provided by law, including, but not limited to, notes, drafts, proprietary information, financial information, and trade secret information. GO-Biz will also apply the (a) The name of each taxpayer allocated a Credit; (b) The estimated amount of the Investment by each taxpayer; (c) The estimated number of jobs created or retained; (d) The Credit allocated to each taxpayer; and, (e) The portion of the Credit recaptured from each taxpayer, if applicable.
