STUDY INTERVENTION COMPLIANCE. ‌ Adherence to the protocol (e.g., surgical timing and technique of placement) will be recorded in the participant drug log, a trial-specific OR checklist and the operative note including relevant details of placement of a Chemoplaque, which will be used to calculate study intervention compliance. All violations or deviations will be reported to the site’s REB (as per REB guidelines and local regulations). All REB correspondence will to be forwarded to 3TOphthalmics.

  • Geotechnical Investigation Perform in accordance with the City Design Manual and other City requirements as designated in writing by the Director.
