Employees who have completed two (2) years of permanent service with the University will be eligible for study leave. The parties view study leave as beneficial to employees and to the University. Consequently, granting study leaves will not be unreasonably withheld. Nonetheless a study leave will be subject to the ability of the respective department to accommodate same.
