Subcommittee, Education and Training. The Union and the Employer agree that a subcommittee on education and training shall be established to make recommendations to the Labour/Management Committee. Compulsory programs will be provided at no cost to the employees and employees shall be entitled to attend without loss of pay. Compulsory programs will not be costed against the jointly administered Staff Development Fund as described in Clause 32.4.
