Subcontractors Coverage. Contractor shall require all Subcontractors that may be authorized to provide Services on behalf of Contractor or otherwise under this Agreement to maintain insurance commensurate with the nature of such Subcontractors’ work and all coverage for Subcontractors shall be subject to all the requirements set forth in this Agreement and applicable laws, rules and regulations. Failure of Subcontractor(s) to comply with insurance requirements does not limit Contractor’s liability or responsibility.

Subcontractors Coverage. Colorado Greenhouse shall require all ------------------------ of its Subcontractors engaged in work at the Greenhouse to maintain insurance coverage of the types and in the amounts at least equal to the insurance coverage that Colorado Greenhouse is required to maintain in accordance with Section 8.1 above.
Subcontractors Coverage. 1.9.4.1 Service Provider will cause its Subcontractors to carry, at least the following insurance, with companies authorized to do insurance business in the State of Texas or eligible surplus lines insurers operating in accordance with the Texas Insurance Code, having an A.M. Best Rating of A-:VII or better, and in amounts not less than the following minimum limits of coverage:
Subcontractors Coverage. The Contractor shall require all subcontractors to maintain during the term of this Contract, Commercial General Liability insurance, Business Automobile Liability insurance, and Worker’s Compensation insurance in the same form and manner as specified for the Contractor. The Contractor shall furnish subcontractors’ documentation of coverage and endorsements specified herein to the City Buyer immediately upon request by the City and/or prior to a subcontractor perform work related to this Contract.

  • Contractor’s Contract Manager The Contractor’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Contractor’s oversight of the Contract performance, will be identified in a separate writing to the Department upon Contract signing in the following format: Contractor’s Contract Manager Name Contractor’s Name Contractor’s Physical Address Contractor’s Telephone # Contractor’s Email Address If the Contractor changes its Contract Manager, the Contractor will notify the Department. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all its subcontracted work. The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that the Contractor offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses. The Contractor may contact the OSD at xxxxxxx@xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx for information on certified small business enterprises available for subcontracting opportunities.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence. A “Contractor” is any individual, organization, corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, nonprofit, joint venture, association, or any combination thereof that is pursuing or conducting business with and/or on behalf of LAUSD, including, without limitation, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and any other vendors, bidders or proposers. A Contractor’s “Representative” is also broadly defined to include any subcontractors, employees, agents, or anyone else who acts on a Contractor’s behalf.

  • Sub-Contractors Transfer Agent may, without further consent on the part of Customer, subcontract with other subcontractors for telephone and mailing services as may be required from time to time; provided, however, that the Transfer Agent shall be as fully responsible to the Customer for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor as it is for its own acts and omissions.

  • Contractor’s Expense The Contractor will be responsible for all costs related to photo copying, telephone communications and fax communications while on County sites during the performance of work and services under this Contract.

  • PROGRAMS COVERED 4.1 The State's threshold and its major Federal assistance programs shall be determined based on State Single Audit Report for fiscal year ending 06/30/2020. All major Federal assistance programs shall be covered by this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in section 4.4 of this Agreement. 4.2 The State's threshold for major Federal assistance programs is $60,000,000. The following programs meet or exceed the threshold and are not excluded in Section 4.4: CFDA Program Name 10.551 Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program 10.553 School Breakfast Program 10.555 National School Lunch Program 10.557 Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children

  • Other Contractors District reserves the right to enter into other agreements for work additional or related to the subject matter of this Contract, and Contractor agrees to cooperate fully with these other contractors and with the District. When requested by District, Contractor shall coordinate its performance under this Contract with such additional or related work. Contractor shall not interfere with the work performance of any other contractor or District employees.

  • Contractor’s Services shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted professional practices and principles and in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of Contractor’s profession currently practicing under similar conditions. Contractor shall comply with the profession’s standard of performance, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. By delivery of completed work, Contractor certifies that the work conforms to the requirements of this Agreement and all applicable federal, state and local laws. If Contractor is retained to perform services requiring a license, certification, registration or other similar requirement under California law, Contractor shall maintain that license, certification, registration or other similar requirement throughout the term of this Agreement.
