Submittal of Request. Either Party must submit its request for a special rate review in a form and manner specified by County, together with required cost and operational data. County, acting reasonably, will review the request and determine the amount owed, if any, to Contractor and the time period to be covered by special circumstances.

Submittal of Request. If the Contractor is requesting a special review of Contractor’s Compensation, the Contractor must submit its request for a special review, and supporting cost and operational data, in a form and manner specified by the City. The financial and operational data that City is likely to require include, but are not limited to, audited financial statements, detailed customer account information, route data, tonnage reports, and other transactional data. If City is requesting a special compensation review, the City will notify the Contractor and the Contractor shall, within thirty (30) days, submit cost and operational data as requested by the City, in a form and manner specified by the City.

If the Contractor is requesting a special review of Maximum Rates, the 2741 Contractor must submit its request for a special review of Maximum Rates, and cost and 2742 operational data, in a form and manner specified by the CCCSWA, at least eight (8) months before 2743 the proposed effective date of any Rate adjustment. The CCCSWA may waive the eight‐ (8‐) 2744 month submittal requirement if the reason for the special review is a Change in Law that will 2745 become effective in less than an eight (8) month period. 2746 If CCCSWA is requesting a special review of Maximum Rates, the CCCSWA shall notify the 2747 Contractor at least nine (9) months before the proposed effective date of any Maximum Rate 2748 adjustment. Upon such notification, Contractor shall, within thirty (30) calendar days, submit 2749 reasonable cost and operational data as requested by the CCCSWA, in a form and manner 2750 specified by the CCCSWA. 2751 A request for special Rate review shall include a proposal on whether the Maximum Rate 2752 adjustment resulting from the special review shall be an adjustment in addition to or in lieu of the 2753 annual adjustment to Maximum Rates to be performed in accordance with Section 10.2.C above.

A request for Special Rate Adjustment review shall include a proposal on whether the Rate adjustment resulting from the special review shall be an adjustment in addition to or in lieu of the annual adjustment to Rates to be performed pursuant to Exhibit I.
Submittal of Request. The CONTRACTOR must submit its request for 2165 a special review of Rates, and reasonable cost and operational data, in a form and manner 2166 specified by the CITY at least six (6) months before the proposed effective date of any Rate 2167 adjustment.
Submittal of Request. If Contractor is requesting a Special Tipping Fee Review, Contractor must submit its 1636 request for a Special Tipping Fee Review, along with cost, operational, and material sales revenue data, in a 1637 form and manner specified by the City. 1638 If the City is requesting a Special Tipping Fee Review, the City shall notify Contractor at least four (4) months 1639 before the proposed effective date of any adjustment to the per-Ton Tipping Fee adjustment. Upon such 1640 notification, Contractor shall, within thirty (30) Days, submit reasonable cost, operational, and material sales 1641 revenue data as requested by the City, in a form and manner specified by the City.

If the Contractor is requesting a Special Revenue Payment Adjustment review, the 1455 Contractor must submit its request for a Special Revenue Payment Adjustment, along with cost, operational, 1456 and material sales revenue data, in a form and manner specified by the CCCSWA. 1457 If CCCSWA is requesting a Special Revenue Payment Adjustment review, the CCCSWA shall notify the 1458 Contractor at least four (4) months before the proposed effective date of any adjustment to the per‐Ton 1459 Recyclables Revenue Payment amount. Upon such notification, Contractor shall, within thirty (30) Days, 1460 submit reasonable cost, operational, and material sales revenue data as requested by the CCCSWA, in a 1461 form and manner specified by the CCCSWA.
