SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS. 3.1 Seller warrants that the Fuel supplied by it shall comply with the following specifications and requirements: a) meet one of the specifications set forth hereunder, as listed in the IATA Guidance Material for Aviation Turbine Fuels Specifications, latest issue; (per location, the Agreement may list the particular specification):  ASTM Standard Specification D 1655 for Aviation Turbine Fuels Jet A / Jet A-1 latest issue;  British Ministry of Defence Standard XXX XXXX 91-91 Turbine Fuel, Aviation, "Kerosene Type", Jet A-1,, latest issue;  Canadian specification Can/CGSB-3.23-97, Aviation Turbine Fuel Jet A / Jet A-1, latest issue.  Chinese No. 3 Jet Fuel (GB438, GB1788 and GB6537)  Russian Fuels RT + TS-1 (GOST 10227-86) & Jet A-1 (GOST R52050) b) The Fuel shall meet the requirements, if any, set by the governmental regulatory authority with jurisdiction in such a location. Should any such requirement lead to a deviation from the agreed specification, Seller shall notify Buyer in advance and Buyer’s prior permission for delivery of such Fuel is required. 3.2 Any other supply specification requires approval by Buyer and a complete specification must be attached to the Agreement. 3.3 EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THE AGREEMENT, THERE ARE NO GUARAN- TEES OR WARRANTIES HEREIN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR SUITABILITY OF THE FUEL FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE.

SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS. The Democracy Suite Voting System (“System,” as defined in Exhibit A) is certified for use in California by the California Secretary of State pursuant to Elec. Code § 19001 et seq., 2 CCR § 20700 et seq., and the California Voting System Standards. Contractor shall ensure the System is certified and compliant with the current and valid certification and Administrative Approvals pursuant to 2 CCR § 20707 or other relevant law or regulation issued by the California Secretary of State at the time of Agreement execution and at the time of any upgrades to the System. The System must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements, including, but not limited to, the voting system requirements as set forth in the California Elections Code, the Help America Vote Act of 2002 and the California Code of Regulations in effect at the time of the System’s certification.

Eligible employees shall have no felony convictions, nor any offenses listed on Florida Department of Children and Family Affidavit of Good Moral Character. 2.2.2 Mandate that all employees immediately report any criminal charges brought against them within 24 hours of occurrence or before the start of their next shift, whichever comes first to their field supervisor. Successful Bidder is required to immediately notify the Village upon receipt of such information. 2.2.3 Provide employees who are neat, clean, well-groomed, and courteous. All employees must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. It will be required to remove any employee if requested by the Village and substitute with an acceptable employee. 2.2.4 Ensure all employees have completed all required training before being assigned to the Village. Provide the Village with a list of names and evidence of such training for all Crossing Guards, backup Crossing Guards and Field Supervisors. Changes to the list are to be provided to the Village as they occur. 2.2.5 Ensure that adequate employees are available for the backup of any crossing guard in case of absenteeism. Each backup shall be fully trained and familiar with the specific crossing guard location. 2.2.6 Obtain the school calendar from Miami-Dade County Public Schools and provide crossing guards during all times that school is in session at the applicable times of day, including Early Release Days and Professional Study Days. 2.2.7 All assigned crossing guards must maintain safe control of pedestrian traffic by utilizing their knowledge, skills, ability and training. 2.2.8 All crossing guards must be present at assigned areas at required times. Crossing guards shall not leave their assigned area unattended at any time during their required shift times.
