How would you do this with a child in care?  If there are two Applicant(s), how are their ideas about caring for a child the same/different? How do they or how will they handle these differences?  How do you, or would you encourage self-esteem in a child in your care?  How is discipline administered in your home? Who is/will be the primary disciplinarian?  What are your general goals or expectations for your children? Would this be the same for a child in care?  What have you found or expect to be the most challenging, difficult or stressful in caring for children? Would this be different in fostering a child?
