Suggestion Award. The Employee Suggestion Program is designed to increase benefits to Agencies and Staff Offices, the Department, or the Government by encouraging, fostering, and carefully considering employee ideas for productivity improvements. Recognition is appropriate for an adopted suggestion that improves the efficiency or effectiveness of Government operations. The types and/or amount of the award or recognition received will be determined in conjunction with the Measurable and Non-measurable Benefits Scale (Appendix A). Recognition may be monetary or non-monetary. The USDA Employee Suggestion Program Brochure covers guidelines for submitting and evaluating employee suggestions. See also Appendix C.

Suggestion Award. In the event of a decision regarding adoption or non-adoption of a formal suggestion not being made within 3-6 months of submission, the employee, upon request, will be given a written or oral status report. Upon request, a reason for rejection of a suggestion will be made in writing by the appropriate authority. If the idea set forth in a rejected suggestion is later adopted, the employee may bring the matter to the Employer’s attention within the 2-year period after the date of the rejection notice and the case will be reopened for award consideration. A link to the Department of State Employee Suggestion Form (DS-1856) and 3 FAM 4850 will be posted on the Passport Services Intranet.
Suggestion Award. An award granted for an adopted idea, method or device, submitted through a formal documentation process for evaluation that directly contributes to the economy, efficiency or effectiveness of Government operations.
Suggestion Award. A cash or non-monetary award for an approved and implemented suggestion that is submitted in writing by one (1) or more employees that directly contributes to the economy, efficiency or increased effectiveness of the Agency or the Federal government. The framework public body should issue their complete brief in accordance with schedule 5 (Standard Terms of Supply) ensuring that the contractor is made aware that the requirement is a call-off under the framework and forward to the first ranked contractor for consideration. The contractor should review the brief and submit a short proposal along with pricing to the framework public body. The ranking positions are detailed in the table below.

  • Arbitration Award All arbitration awards shall be final and binding as provided by Section 42 of the Trade Union Act. An arbitrator may not alter, modify or amend any part of this Agreement, but shall have the power to modify or set aside any unjust penalty of discharge, suspension or discipline imposed by the Employer on an Employee.

  • Performance Monitoring A. Performance Monitoring of Subrecipient by County, State of California and/or HUD shall consist of requested and/or required written reporting, as well as onsite monitoring by County, State of California or HUD representatives.

  • Service Award Named Plaintiff may apply to the Court for a service award of up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Subject to the Court’s approval, the service award shall be paid from the Settlement Fund ten (10) days after the Effective Date.

  • Program Goals CalHFA MAC envisions that these monies would be used to complement other federal or lender programs designed specifically to stabilize communities by providing assistance to homeowners who have suffered a financial hardship and as a result are no longer financially able to afford their first-lien mortgage loan payments or their Property Expenses when associated with a Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”) Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (“HECM”) loan, only.

  • Performance Management 17.1 The Contractor will appoint a suitable Account Manager to liaise with the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager. Any/all changes to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be agreed in writing between the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager and the Contractor’s appointed representative.
