Summary of the devolution deal The summary outlined below has been extracted from the Devolution Deal Agreement, signed by the Government and the LCRCA: A new, directly elected Liverpool City Region Mayor will act as Chair to the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and will exercise the following powers and functions devolved from central government:  Responsibility for a devolved and consolidated local transport budget, with a multiyear settlement to be agreed at the Spending Review.  Responsibility for franchised bus services, which will support the Combined Authority’s delivery of smart and integrated ticketing across the Combined Authority.  Powers over strategic planning, including the responsibility to create a Single Statutory City Region Framework, a Mayoral Development Corporation and to develop with government a Land Commission and a Joint Assets Board for economic assets. The Liverpool City Region Mayor will be required to consult Combined Authority Members on his/her strategies and spending plans, which the Combined Authority may reject if two-thirds of the constituent council members agree to do so. The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, working with the Liverpool City Region Mayor, will receive the following powers:  Control of a £30 million a year funding allocation over 30 years, to be invested in the Liverpool City Region Single Investment Fund, to unlock the economic potential of the River Mersey and Superport as well as maximise the opportunities from HS2.  Responsibility for chairing an area-based review of 16+ skills provision, the outcomes of which will be taken forward in line with the principles of the devolved arrangements, and devolved 19+ adult skills funding from 2018/19.  Joint responsibility with the government to co-design employment support for the harder-to-help claimants.  More effective joint working with UKTI to boost trade and investment, and responsibility to work with the government to develop and implement a devolved approach to the delivery of national business support programmes from 2017.  Building on the success of International Festival for Business (IFB) 2014 and the proposals for IFB 2016, Liverpool City Region and the government, and in particular UKTI and the GREAT Britain campaign, will continue engagement to establish IFB Liverpool as a vital feature of the international business calendar in 2018 and 2020.   • POST ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION PROCEDURES 4.1. Successful E-bidders shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the office of the Auctioneer within 3 working days from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee bank and the sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up again for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders. The Auctioneer shall send the Memorandum of Sale for stamping and thereafter forward the same together with the required deposit paid under Clause 2.4 above and the differential sum paid under this clause (if any) to the Assignee bank.

  • POST PUBLIC AUCTION 5.1. Any E-Bidders who successfully bids for the Property shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale and pay the difference between 10% of the purchase price and the deposit paid under clause 3.5 above (“differential sum”) at the office of the Auctioneer within same day from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee Bank and sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders. The Auctioneer shall send the Memorandum of Sale for stamping and thereafter forward the same together with the deposit paid under clause 3.5 above and the differential sum paid under this clause (If any) to the Assignee Bank.

It will include all the other adhoc request (labor rates) where required upon approval by the maintenance manager. The compliance will be based on the following: • Maintenance as per OEM • Organizational guidelines and codes of practice • OHS act 93 – Occupational Health and Safety • ISO 9001 – Quality management • ISO 14001 – Environmental Management • SANS 10142 – The wiring code • ICAO Annex 14 chapter 5. • ACSA Maintenance Procedure D060 024M This scope entails the maintenance and repair of LV systems and all lighting at Costal airports. In brief, maintenance involves servicing, repairs, and testing of lights and LV systems. This involves carrying out maintenance on electrical equipment such as LV DBs, electrical plant, wiring enclosures and luminaires and associated control systems, portable appliances and other specific electrical equipment, in order to minimize downtime, and ensure that the equipment performs at optimal levels and functions to specification at the specified areas. Servicing - performing routine preventive maintenance as prescribed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), ACSA’s planned maintenance routines, and applicable legal and design standards. Repairs – responding to breakdowns, callouts and restoring the equipment to safe working conditions on an as and when basis. Advisory – telephonically guiding airport electricians under emergency situations to ensure systems are safely shutdown or returned to service within stringent times. System Performance Test – Testing equipment performance against the OEM, ACSA, and statutory requirements for compliance and return to service purposes. Extent of the works The Contractor will be fully responsible for meeting all requirements in this document regarding the Works. For each piece of equipment, all work will be carried out to standards as required by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as well as any applicable governing law and/or regulations. Where OEM standards differ from those required by this document the more stringent requirement shall apply. The Contractor will be fully responsible for obtaining (and keeping up to date with) said requirements. The proposed minimum scheduled maintenance activities can be found in annex H.
