Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Governance. The LCRCA was established on 1st April 2014 to be the administrative body for the LCR with responsibility for strategic decision making in respect of transport and economic development and regeneration. It aims to improve:  the exercise of statutory functions relating to transport in the Combined Area3;  the effectiveness and efficiency of transport in the Combined Area;  the exercise of statutory functions relating to economic development and regeneration in the Combined Area; and  economic conditions in the Combined Area. The geographical area covered by the LCRCA includes the local authority areas of Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, St Helens, Sefton and Wirral. The neighbouring authorities of West Lancashire Borough Council and Warrington Borough Council are associate members of the LCRCA. The current governance structure of the LCRCA is shown in Figure 2.1. This provides details of the members of the Authority, the Committee structure and the existing arrangements for supporting the thematic functions of the LCRCA.

  • Cloud Computing State Risk and Authorization Management Program In accordance with Senate Bill 475, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2054.0593, Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, if providing cloud computing services for System Agency, Contractor must comply with the requirements of the state risk and authorization management program and that System Agency may not enter or renew a contract with Contractor to purchase cloud computing services for the agency that are subject to the state risk and authorization management program unless Contractor demonstrates compliance with program requirements. If providing cloud computing services for System Agency that are subject to the state risk and authorization management program, Contractor certifies it will maintain program compliance and certification throughout the term of the Contract.

  • EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.

  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors.   • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties. The Committee shall meet quarterly, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to nursing, professional practice, scheduling and work load issues. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication. The parties agree Self Scheduling is appropriate subject matter to discuss in this forum.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.
