Summer Training. Any teacher who attends a summer program at the District's direction shall be paid twenty dollars ($20.00) per hour for up to eight (8) hours per day. All trainings attended pursuant to this section must be pre-approved by the Superintendent. This summer training stipend is not intended to cover conferences or District workshops. It is intended only for directed training that is required for a teacher's position and assignment (i.e. Project Lead the Way, College Credit Plus, Southern Regional Education Board).
