Resident Educator Review Committee. A committee comprised of up to three (3) bargaining unit members appointed by the Association President and up to three (3) administrators appointed by the Superintendent will meet to review the Resident Educator/Mentoring Program. The committee will make recommendations to both the Association and the Board regarding the alignment of the Resident Educator/Mentoring Program with any legislative requirements adopted by the State and any new guidance and/or regulations issued by the Ohio Department of Education (“ODE”), including requirement by the ODE that the District develop a transition plan.
