Common use of Summer Training Clause in Contracts

Summer Training. Hours (also replaces ‘3.02: Orientation’ from the 2010- 2014 Agreement on the understanding that CUPE 4163 will have a half hour time slot in the training schedule) LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #RL1 Residence Life Leaders (1) Community Leaders will be compensated by receiving full room and board while they are employed as such during the Winter Sessions. (2) Residence Education Community Leaders will be compensated by receiving full room and board and an annual $800 stipend while they are employed as such during the Winter Sessions. (3) Senior Community Leaders will be compensated by receiving full room and board and an annual $2,000 stipend while they are employed as such during the Winter Sessions. (4) Summer Community Assistants will be compensated by continuing the 15% room discount and receiving 50% of the cost of a room.
