Common use of Sunday Premium Clause in Contracts

Sunday Premium. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work on Sundays shall be paid at time and one-half (1 ½) for all hours of their regularly scheduled work on those days. This payment will not apply to hours for which overtime rates are paid.
