Examples of Formal Level 1 in a sentence
If the bargaining unit member is not satisfied with the result(s) of the meeting, he/she may appeal the complaint to Formal Level 1.
If the grievant(s) is not satisfied with the results of the meeting, he/they shall formalize the complaint in writing within five (5) days and proceed to Formal Level 1.
In the event CSEA Chapter 420 is not satisfied with the decision at Formal Level I, CSEA Chapter 420 may appeal the decision in writing to the office of the Vice Chancellor, Human Resources, or designee within ten (10) days after the receipt of the Formal Level 1 decision.

The Administration will attempt to not have the Superintendent involved in the grievance procedure at Formal Level 1 as the Board representative.
A copy of the Employer's written decision on grievances in Formal Level 1 and above will be made available to the Local Association President.
