Common use of Superintendent's Level Clause in Contracts

Superintendent's Level. If no settlement has been reached in Step 2 within the specified time limit, the grievant may, within ten working days after the Step 2 discussion, submit the written grievance to the Superintendent. The Superintendent or his designee(s) shall have ten working days after receipt of the grievance to resolve said grievance by indicating, in writing, the disposition thereof.

Superintendent's Level. 44 If no settlement has been reached in Step 2 1, within the specified time limitlimits, and the Association 45 believes the grievance to be valid, the grievant may, within ten working days after the Step 2 discussion(10) calendar days, submit the 46 written grievance to the Superintendent. The Superintendent or his or her designee(s) and the 47 grievant shall have ten (10) working days after receipt of the grievance to resolve said grievance by 48 indicating, in writing, the disposition thereof.
