Common use of Supervision Time Clause in Contracts

Supervision Time. a) Supervision time shall be defined as the time teachers are assigned to supervise students outside of the three hundred (300) minute Instructional Day as defined in Article 19.01 c). Unless specifically assigned, teachers shall not be required to perform supervision outside of the Instructional Day as defined in 19.01 c).
