SUPPLEMENTALS. The administration reserves the right not to fill any supplemental position and to add supplemental positions. A committee of three (3) Association members appointed by the Association President shall meet with the Superintendent and two (2) representatives appointed by the Superintendent biannually with one (1) meeting held in September and the other meeting held in April to allow input from the ILEA on Supplemental positions. The category at which any new supplemental position will be placed, shall be discussed and agreed upon by the committee.
