Supplementary holiday pay. Employees shall receive 1.45% on top of their salary in the form of sup- plementary holiday pay. Payment of the supplementary holiday pay shall be made in connection with the payment of the salaries in June and De- cember, respectively, unless otherwise agreed locally. From 1 January of the year that the employer decides, however not later than from 1 January 2023, Section 6.6 shall have the following wording for employees comprised by BTP-1 and for employees com- prised by BTP-2 who were born in 1967 or later, by reason of the sup- plementary holiday pay being changed to increased pension accrual. For employees comprised by BTP-1 and for employees comprised by BTP-2 who were born in 1967 or later, no supplementary holiday pay will be paid. Employees comprised by BTP-2 who were born in 1966 or before, shall receive 1.45% of their salary in supplementary holiday pay. Payment of the supplementary holiday pay is made in connection with the salaries in June and December, respectively, unless otherwise agreed locally. Transitional rules for employees comprised by BTP-1 and for employees who are comprised by BTP-2 who were born in 1967 or later:
