Support and Funding. The Company has neither sought, applied for nor received any support, funding, resources or assistance from any federal, state, local or foreign governmental or quasi-governmental agency or funding source in connection with the Exploitation of the Customer Offerings, the Internal Systems or any facilities or equipment used in connection therewith.

Except as specifically set forth in Schedule 2.13(j), none of the Company Entities has received any support, funding, resources or assistance from any federal, state, local, or foreign Governmental Authority or quasi-Governmental Authority or funding source in connection with the exploitation of the Products or the Company Owned Intellectual Property and does not have a pending application or other request for any such support, funding, resources, or assistance.
Support and Funding. Section 2.12(m) of the Disclosure Schedule lists all instances in which the Company or any Subsidiary has sought, applied for or received any support, funding, resources or assistance from any federal, state, local or foreign governmental or quasi-governmental agency or funding source in connection with the Exploitation of the Customer Offerings, the Internal Systems or any facilities or equipment used in connection therewith.
Support and Funding. Seller has not sought, applied for or received any support, funding, resources or assistance from any Governmental Authority or quasi-governmental agency or funding source in connection with the Exploitation of the Customer Offerings, the Internal Systems or any facilities or equipment used in connection therewith. No Governmental Authority has any claim of right to or ownership of or other Lien on any Seller Owned Intellectual Property or, to Seller’s knowledge, on any Seller Licensed Intellectual Property that is exclusively licensed to Seller in whole or in part.
Support and Funding. Except as set forth in Section 2.9(n) of the Disclosure Schedule, the Seller has neither sought, applied for nor received any support, funding, resources or assistance from any federal, state, local or foreign governmental or quasi-governmental agency or funding source in connection with the Exploitation of the Acquired Assets, the Internal Systems or any facilities or equipment used in connection therewith.
Support and Funding. Except as set forth in Section 2.10(j) of the Disclosure Schedule, the Company has not received any support, funding, resources or assistance from any Governmental Entity, university, military, educational institution or research center and no such Person has any claim of right to, ownership of or other Security Interest on any Company Owned Intellectual Property.
Support and Funding a) The Council will provide a sufficient annual budget for tenant participation to support the Federation's activities.
b) The Council's Tenant Participation Officer will produce, and arrange the copying of, agendas and minutes for the Federation, on behalf of and in conjunction with the Chairman of the Federation.
c) In liaison with the Federation, the Council will maintain a Mailing List of the Federation's Executive Committee members and send the following information to members on behalf of the Federation:
i) Agenda and details/dates for future meetings in advance of the meetings;
ii) Minutes of meetings (within one month of the meetings being held); and
iii) General information.
Support and Funding. 9.1.1 The Agency and the Council will participate in the running of the Company. In particular:-
(a) the Council will:-
(i) provide such office accommodation as the Company may reasonably require;
(ii) provide sufficient support from the Economic Development Manager at the Council; and
(iii) fund items of Preliminary Project Expenditure identified by the Company and as agreed by the Senior Officer's Working Group from time to time;
(b) the Council will provide the Company with a rolling 3 year Operational Budget which is to be reviewed annually in line with the reviews of the Business Plan and the Delivery Plan.
Support and Funding. The U.S. Government may have certain rights to the AVP Anthrax Patents by virtue of one or more Grants Received. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.7(i) of the Disclosure Schedule, Seller has not received any direct support, funding, resources or assistance from any federal, state, local or foreign governmental or quasi-governmental agency or funding source in connection with the development or exploitation of the Product or conduct of the Product Line Operations or any facilities or equipment used in connection therewith.
