Surveillance Cameras. The primary purpose of the use of surveillance cameras is to secure the buildings and not to evaluate the performance of employees, or to monitor their behavior or conduct. Should an incident involving employee misconduct be observed during review of security camera video, discipline resulting from the incident shall be consistent with any applicable provisions of this agreement.
