Suspension of Payments and Grant Termination a. CARB reserves the right to issue a grant suspension order in the event that a dispute should arise. The grant suspension order will be in effect until the dispute has been resolved or the grant has been terminated. If the Grantee chooses to continue work on the project after receiving a grant suspension order, the Grantee will not be reimbursed for any expenditure incurred during the suspension in the event CARB terminates the grant. If CARB rescinds the suspension order and does not terminate the grant, CARB will reimburse the Grantee for any expenses incurred during the suspension that are reimbursable in accordance with the terms of the grant.

If ARB rescinds the suspension order and does not terminate the grant, ARB at its sole discretion will reimburse the Grantee for any expenses incurred during the suspension that ARB deems reimbursable in accordance with the terms of the grant.
