Suspension or Dismissal. When an employee is suspended or dismissed from their duties, the Employer undertakes to notify the employee in writing of the reason for such suspension or dismissal. The Employer shall give such notification within twenty (20) working days of the infraction or of the Employer’s knowledge thereof.
