UNION-MANAGEMENT. 6.01 All communications to an employee involving any of the following shall be in writing and copied to the Union District Chair: letters of expectation. Additionally, all correspondence under Article 21 and Article 22 shall be copied to the District Chair and the Union at the Headquarters level.
UNION-MANAGEMENT. It is agreed that a joint committee will be estab- lished with four designated representatives from each of the Union and the Management. This Committee shall meet as required at a mutually convenient time and date. This committee shall discuss matters of mutual concern. which matters may not necessarily be covered specifically by the terms of the Collective Agreement. In general, the purpose of the committee shall be to exchange views on matters which may help to promote improvement in the functions of the Library and the welfare of its employees. This committee shall not have the power to add, amend, delete or change any part of the Collective Agreement. Such matters shall be handled by the Bargaining Com- mittee as defined in Article The Union Grievance Committee shall consist of the Union members of the Union/Management Committee plus the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ involved with the grievance.

UNION-MANAGEMENT. It is agreed that a Committee will be established of live regular members each from Union and Management which shall meet monthly to discuss matters of mutual concern with the objective of promoting and improving the performance of the operations in which they are engaged. Agendas of matters for discussion will be exchanged by the Union and the Employer at least five working days prior to the meeting. Both parties will have the right to invite guests to meetings as required who can contribute constructively to items on the agenda. This Committee shall not have the power to add to, amend or delete any part of the Collective Agreement. The letters concerning overtime and taxi allowance dated July and September respectively, shall form a part of this Agreement.
UNION-MANAGEMENT. The parties agree that there will be a joint Union Management Committee consisting of four (4) representatives from the University and (4) selected by the Union, one of which shall be the local Union President, who shall be an ex-officio member of the committee. All four

With a view to maintaining harmonious relations and to facilitate of this Agreement, the parties agree to hold meetings to discuss any matters of mutual interest provided that specific grievances as defined i n Article shall not be discussed. Such meetings are to be held within a reasonable time after a request by either party. A copy of the adopted minutes of regular City Council meetings and as appropriate, shall be provided t o the Union upon its request.

There shall be a Union-Management Committee with three members appointed by the Union, one of whom shall be the Union Chairperson, which shall meet during normal working hours every three months to discuss matters of mutual concern. Matters proceeding through the grievance procedure shall not be discussed. The Union Chairperson will provide an agenda to the Regional Manager of issues which the Union wishes to discuss at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of each meeting.
