System Engineering Support. The contractor shall assign a qualified Program Manager (PM) who shall have complete responsibility for the planning, execution, control and reporting of all aspects of the program, and for directing in-house and subcontracted efforts. The Contractor shall support SEWIP Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings which may include third party contractors. IPT meeting locations may include, but are not limited to: Washington Navy Yard (Washington, District of Columbia), Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane (Crane, Indiana), NSWC Xxxxxxxx (Dahlgren, Virginia), Naval Research Laboratory (Washington, District of Columbia) and SCSC Wallops Island (Wallops Island, Virginia). The contractor shall maintain and deliver a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) IAW Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) A001 Contract Work Breakdown Structure. The contractor shall measure AN/SLQ-32(V)6 system performance against the performance baseline to identify 1) capability requirements, 2) capability gaps, and 3) materiel and non-materiel solutions, and demonstrate initial capability. The contractor shall provide strategic guidance and support planning through Analysis of Alternatives (AOAs), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), and shall provide Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates for planned solutions. The contractor shall perform risk analysis and provide options for mitigation IAW CDRL A002 Risk Management Status Report.

  • Marketing Support Planet Payment will provide such marketing support as Acquirer may reasonably require in connection with marketing the Acquirer Program to Merchants, including but not limited to: (a) The participation of Planet Payment personnel at meetings (if available) or conference calls with Merchants; (b) Assistance in the creation of collateral materials; (c) Assistance in the drafting of contractual agreements and addenda for Acquirers; (d) Assistance in training Merchants in the use of Planet Payment’s systems and reports, which will be made available to them under the Acquirer Program and the operation of the Acquirer Program, including but not limited to use of Planet Payment’s MWEB on-line reporting system and providing suitable training materials.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. (a) A7 to show Purchaser’s performance responsibility. (b) The Schedule of Items to include costs of survey and design, as provided under B5.24, and adjust Timber Sale Account, as provided in B5.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Technical Bulletins A Technical Bulletin (TB) will be used to explain updated processes, provisions or monitoring requirements as Florida Housing receives updates, clarification and additional guidance with respect to the CRF funds. TBs will also be used to clarify, discuss, interpret, and provide guidance for contract administration issues related to this Agreement. TBs will be posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/about-florida-housing/florida- housing's-coronavirus-relief-fund, and Grantee is encouraged to regularly check for TBs.

  • Design Development Documents See Section 2, Part 1, Article 2.1.5.

  • Project Review A. Programmatic Allowances 1. If FEMA determines that the entire scope of an Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances in Appendix B of this Agreement, with determinations for Tier II Allowances being made by SOI-qualified staff, FEMA shall complete the Section 106 review process by documenting this determination in the project file, without SHPO review or notification. 2. If the Undertaking involves a National Historic Landmark (NHL), FEMA shall notify the SHPO, participating Tribe(s), and the NPS NHL Program Manager of the NPS Midwest Regional Office that the Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances. FEMA shall provide information about the proposed scope of work for the Undertaking and the allowance(s) enabling FEMA’s determination. 3. If FEMA determines any portion of an Undertaking’s scope of work does not conform to one or more allowances listed in Appendix B, FEMA shall conduct expedited or standard Section 106 review, as appropriate, for the entire Undertaking in accordance with Stipulation II.B, Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings, or Stipulation II.C, Standard Project Review. 4. Allowances may be revised and new allowances may be added to this Agreement in accordance with Stipulation IV.A.3, Amendments. B. Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings
