Keeping and Status of Records 8.1 R ecords Created as Part of RGS’ Performance. All final versions of reports, data, maps, models, charts, studies, surveys, photographs, memoranda, plans, studies, specifications, records, files, or any other documents or materials, in electronic or any other form, that RGS prepares or obtains pursuant to this Agreement and that relate to the matters covered hereunder shall be the property of Agency. RGS hereby agrees to deliver those documents to Agency upon termination of the Agreement, if requested. It is understood and agreed that the documents and other materials, including but not limited to those described above, prepared pursuant to this Agreement are prepared specifically for Agency and are not necessarily suitable for any future or other use.

Title of Parts and Sections Any titles of the sections or subsections of this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and are to be disregarded in interpreting any part of the Agreement's provisions.
Termination of the GTC for Convenience Either party may terminate this GTC for convenience upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the other party. If these GTC are terminated for convenience prior to the completion of one or more Order Forms, such termination will not affect the continuation of any such Order Form as governed by these GTC.
PRICING OF Regular Hours Coefficient What is your regular hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book? Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount lower than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. This is one of three pricing questions that are required for consideration for award on this solicitation. DATA USED FOR CALCULATIONS The calculations for payments under this Agreement shall be initially based upon the valuations that are placed upon all taxable property in the District, including the Applicant’s Qualified Property, by the Appraisal District in its annual certified tax roll submitted to the District for each Tax Year pursuant to TEXAS TAX CODE § 26.01 on or about July 25 of each year of this Agreement. Immediately upon receipt of the valuation information by the District, the District shall submit the valuation information to the Third Party selected and appointed under Section 4.3. The certified tax roll data shall form the basis of the calculation of any and all amounts due under this Agreement. All other data utilized by the Third Party to make the calculations contemplated by this Agreement shall be based upon the best available current estimates. The data utilized by the Third Party shall be adjusted from time to time by the Third Party to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified tax roll or any other changes in student counts, tax collections, or other data.

Callout Time Which Abuts the Succeeding Shift (1) If the callout is for three hours or less, the employee will be required to work the callout period and the whole of the abutting shift.
