HOLIDAY PROVISIONS. (a) The paid holidays are designated as:
HOLIDAY PROVISIONS. A. The paid holidays are designated as Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday following Thanksgiving Day, the day before Christmas, Christmas Day, the day before New Year’s Day, New Year’s Day, the Friday before Easter, the Monday after Easter, and Memorial Day, respectively. Employees will be paid their current rate based on their regular hours of work for said holidays.

Day, and National President's Day. Food service employees will have Labor Day as a holiday if they have worked at least one (1) work day prior to Labor Day in the current fiscal year. If Christmas and New Year Then the observed holidays falls on: shall be: Tuesday Monday and Tuesday Wednesday Tuesday and Wednesday Thursday Wednesday and Thursday Friday Thursday and Friday Saturday Thursday and Friday If the New Year falls on: Then the observed holidays shall be: Sunday Friday and Monday Monday Monday and Tuesday If Christmas falls on: Then the observed holidays shall be: Sunday Monday and Tuesday Monday Monday and Tuesday Whenever a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be considered a holiday. Whenever a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be considered a holiday. Eligible employees shall receive one (1) day's pay for each of the holidays listed above based on their normal work schedule. To be eligible for the holiday pay, the employee must report for work both the regular scheduled day immediately preceding and the regular scheduled day after the holiday, unless he/she is on vacation, leave with pay, or is otherwise excused by his/her administrative supervisor. If an employee terminates his/her employment, all benefits of said employment shall cease on the date of termination. Eligible employees who work on a holiday shall be paid, in addition to their regular pay, an amount equal to the product of the hours worked and a time-and-one-half rate. When a holiday is observed by the Employer within an Employee's scheduled vacation, the holiday will not be considered as a vacation day and the vacation will be extended one (1) day continuous with the vacation.
HOLIDAY PROVISIONS. A. All employees working shall be given the following paid holidays: Day before New Year’s Day Labor Day New Year’s Day Thanksgiving Day Good Friday (all day) Day after Thanksgiving Day Memorial Day Day before Christmas Day Fourth of July Christmas Day School year employees will receive all holidays from Labor Day through Memorial Day. Employees will be paid their current rate for said holidays.

(a) The paid holidays are designated as: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Washington's Birthday, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the Employee's Birthday. Employees will be paid their current rate based on their regular scheduled work day for said holidays, as they fall, provided they work on said holidays and in addition they shall receive four (4) hours of holiday pay at regular time.
HOLIDAY PROVISIONS. The Employer will determine the number of employee/s needed, the classification of the employee/s, and the duration of the work performed on Holidays. The Employer will first attempt to meet its Holiday staffing needs on a voluntary basis. Every effort will be made to provide opportunities to work on the Holidays in an equitable manner.

Employees who work a forty (40) hour per week schedule will celebrate holiday leave on either the actual calendar date of the holiday or on the day observed should the holiday fall on a Saturday or Sunday of the week. For such employees, the following holidays shall be recognized for a total annual leave benefit of one hundred thirty-six (136) hours per calendar year.
