Common use of Take-A-Break Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Take-A-Break Leave of Absence. Employees are entitled to apply for a Take-A-Break leave of absence up to a maximum of sixty (60) days per year (but not to exceed twelve [12] calendar weeks in duration), subject to the following conditions: 1.
