Notification of Accumulation Employees shall be given a written accounting of accumulated sick leave days no later than June 30 of each school year.
Rate of Accumulation Full-time employees shall earn cumulative sick leave at the rate of 1.25 days per month during each calendar year to a maximum of seventy-five (75) days in total. Regular part-time employees will earn sick leave on a prorated basis.
Banking of Overtime (i) Tour Workers who work in excess of eight (8) consecutive hours shall have the option of receiving the overtime premium on the basis of this Section or of receiving straight time for hours in excess of eight (8) consecutive hours and taking equivalent time off in units of not less than four (4) hours at the hourly rate for the job when the work was performed, at a time suitable to the employee and the Company during the contract year. Any overtime remaining at the end of the contract year in which it is banked may be carried over to the next contract year for purposes of taking equivalent time off. If equivalent time off is not taken by the end of the contract year following the contract year in which it is earned, the Company shall pay the deferred one-half premium pay. Tour Workers who choose to bank overtime may later re-elect to receive the deferred one-half premium pay.
Taking of Annual Leave (a) An employee is entitled to take an amount of annual leave during a particular period if:
Banking of RDOs (a) Where the Employer and an Employee agree up to five RDOs may be accrued for the purpose of creating a bank to be drawn upon by the Employee at times mutually agreed. Details of such banked RDOs will be entered on to each Employee’s employment records.
Vacation Accumulation (a) Vacations are not cumulative from year to year.
Meaning of outstanding For the purposes of this Agreement (but without prejudice to its status for any other purpose), a Note shall be considered to be "outstanding" unless one or more of the following events has occurred:
Sick Leave Accumulation a. All unused days of sick leave at full pay for all employees, shall accumulate to a maximum of two hundred ten (210) days. Such sick leave benefits so accrued will be usable after the annual full days allowed, and prior to any half pay benefits.
REPORTING OF ACCIDENTS The Contractor shall report to the Engineer details of any accident as soon as possible after its occurrence. In the case of any fatality or serious accident, the Contractor shall, in addition, notify the Engineer immediately by the quickest available means. The Contractor shall also notify the relevant authority whenever the Laws of Kenya require such a report.
DETERMINATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS IN RESPECT OF NOTES AND INTEREST DETERMINATION (a) The Agent shall, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Final Terms, make all the determinations and calculations which it is required to make, if any, under the Conditions, all subject to and in accordance with the Conditions.
