Common use of TASK ORDER PRICING Clause in Contracts

TASK ORDER PRICING. Work directed by Owner and identified as Task Order work pursuant to Section 11.1(a)(4), Section 11.1 (b) and Section 11.2 of Exhibit B (SOW), and other Work that is outside the scope of that described in Section 11 of Exhibit B (SOW), will be performed on a Task Order basis and priced on the basis of Task Order Pricing in accordance with Section 1.2(c) above.
