TCS Educational Program Responsibilities. TCS shall ensure that the instructional program complies with TCS policies, TEA Rules, and applicable state statutes and regulations. In the event TCS determines it cannot provide a student with instructional programming that meets the graduation plan of the student or instructional programming that complies with state and federal regulations at KARYN’S HOUSE, TCS will arrange for instructional programming to be provided in an alternative location or school. TCS shall have the power and authority to take any and all actions reasonable and necessary, in its sole discretion, relative to providing educational services to the students enrolled at the Campus, as such educational services are more particularly described elsewhere in this Agreement, as provided for in TCS’s charter contract, and provided that such actions comply with the terms of this Agreement and with applicable law. If there is any conflict, the terms of TCS’s charter contract or applicable law shall control. During the term of this Agreement, TCS will provide an educational program at the Campus outlined in Section 2. 2. To implement the educational program TCS will employ the teachers, clerks and administrators necessary to provide the educational services required to meet the needs of the Campus. TCS administrators are responsible for the administration, support, and supervision of the educational program and will interact and provide service and support to the teachers, instructional aides, and support staff on a daily basis. TCS administrators supervise the alignment of the Instructional Program to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS)/STAAR and monitor classrooms to ensure students are being appropriately challenged at each grade level. Interactions with school personnel may also occur by phone or by e-mail to aid TCS in meeting the following obligations:
