TEACHER ACCREDITATION. All teachers are required to be accredited to work in a NSW school or centre-based early childhood service. The accrediting authority for the Anglican Schools Corporation is the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). This includes current teacher education students, graduates and interstate or overseas teachers. TEACHER ACCREDITATION. (a) Teachers subject to accreditation with NESA (or any organisation or body that assumes responsibility for the accreditation of teachers in NSW) must meet the requirements of their accreditation. (b) A school will provide support to a teacher who is working towards achieving accreditation at Proficient Teacher Level. Examples of the types of support that may be provided include providing a mentor teacher, observation by the teacher of quality teaching practice, in class observations of the teacher, lesson review (reflection and professional dialogue) and formal and informal feedback in relation to the teacher's progress in reaching the Proficient Teacher standard.
TEACHER ACCREDITATION. The parties agree that all teachers employed as of August 1997, whether teachers of religious education or not will gain: (a) Accreditation A: to work in a Catholic School in the Diocese of Darwin; (b) Accreditation B: to teach in a Catholic School in the Diocese of Darwin; (c) Accreditation C: to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School in the Diocese of Darwin, to be obtained within three (3) years of appointment; and (d) Accreditation D (all leaders): to lead in a Catholic School in the Diocese of Darwin, to be obtained within four (4) years of appointment.

  • Licensure The Contractor covenants that it has: (a) obtained all of the applicable licenses or permits, permanent, temporary or otherwise as required by Title 27 of the Virgin Islands Code; and (b) familiarized itself with the applicable provisions of Title 27 of the Virgin Islands Code pertaining to professions and occupations.

  • Hospice Individuals whose permanent residence and principal work location are outside the State of Minnesota and outside of the service areas of the health plans participating in Advantage. If these individuals use the plan administrator’s national preferred provider organization in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two. If a national preferred provider is not available in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two through any other provider available in their area. If the national preferred provider organization is available but not used, benefits will be paid at the POS level described in paragraph “i” below. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits will apply.

  • School Any public elementary or secondary school including a charter school, universal pre- kindergarten program authorized pursuant to Education Law § 3602-e, an approved provider of preschool special education, any other publicly funded pre-kindergarten program, a school serving children in a special act school district as defined in Education Law § 4001, an approved private school for the education of students with disabilities, a State-supported school subject to the provisions of Article 85 of the Education Law, or a State-operated school subject to the provisions of Articles 87 or 88 of the Education Law.
