Of that total, 175 shall be student instructional days of at least 6 hours per day. The remaining 10 days shall be used for parent-teacher conference days, in-service days, or teacher workshop days. Workshop days may be added to the next twototal number of duty days as defined in this section for all teachers who are new to the School District.
